Postal Inspection Reports
Please note - From 31/12/25, we will cease to produce paper copies of our examination reports. All reports will be available via Crimson, our customer portal. If you do not already have access to Crimson, please contact our team to arrange this. We will be running a series of Crimson training sessions throughout the year, so you can learn how to use all the great reporting features we have to offer. The sessions will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams, and we will send you a link to join after registration. To attend a session, or to register for access to the system, send us an email at crimson@uk.zurich.com or give us a call on 0121 697 9259. Dates for upcoming training sessions can be found on the Crimson website.
